an immersive community experience of
self compassion, transformation, and authentic expression
A 3-Phase Group + Individual Journey of self compassion, collective care, and Expansion
The Kintsugi Collective is a guided experience that weaves together group connection and 1:1 support. Inspired by the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery with gold, this journey invites you to honor your own cracks and stories—not by hiding them, but by filling them with wisdom, love, and witnessing the expanded beauty within and around.
This is a supportive container for:
Rooting into practices of grounding and self-compassion
Deepening your relationship with yourself in community
Expanding into the next season of your life with clarity and care.
Over the course of three phases (1. Roots, 2. Love, and 3. Expansion), you’ll move through a carefully held process that combines:
✨ Group Sessions ✨
where community, reflection, and practice help you feel seen, connected, and supported.
✨ 1:1 Sessions ✨
personalized guidance to deepen your growth and integrate the work into your life.
✨ Integration Weeks ✨
spacious pauses that allow you to embody the practices and return with a deeper sense of self curiosity.
To sit in community, to be part of a collective, is to honor that each member’s presence is vital. Each person brings a unique energy, a perspective, a thread that shapes the experience. In the magic of our sovereign oneness, we gather as individuals who are whole and powerful in ourselves, yet who also contribute to something larger than any of us alone.
This journey holds both the individual and the collective with equal care, valuing each voice, each choice, each boundary. It is for those ready to show up for themselves and, in doing so, enrich the whole.
Before scheduling an intake, keep reading to see if this is the path for you.
The Kintsugi Collective is for those ready to honor their healing, embrace their wholeness, and step into expansion with courage and care. This is not therapy or clinical treatment nor a traditional workshop series but a collective journey. The work we will do together here will expand and complement any other existing supports (therapy, spiritual practice, personal exploration, life transitions, work, etc.).
This circle welcomes all who feel called — all identities and experiences, and it especially holds sacred space for those who carry identities that are more often marginalized or unseen in the greater Spokane area wellness spaces. Here, your presence is honored as vital.
You may feel called if:
You’re moving through transition (grief, identity, relationships, career, or a new season of life).
You're grapling with/exploring your own identity and sense of belong both with yourself and your community.
You already have some self-inquiry practice and are ready to go deeper or have been feeling a tug to explore yourself and would like guidance to do it safely.
You value community.
You want structured support that honors nervous-system care, consent, and pace.
This container may not be the right fit if:
You are seeking urgent or crisis-level support (I can share trusted referrals).
You are hoping for a shortcut to healing — this path honors depth, patience, and integration.
You feel unable to honor the rhythms of collective care, which ask for presence, reciprocity, and compassion.
The Kintsugi Collective unfolds in three intentional phases. Each one blends group connection and personal guidance through 1:1 sessions, weaving practices of ritual, embodiment, and authentic expression. Together, they create a rhythm of grounding, expansion, and integration.
2 in-person group sessions +
1 virtual 1:1
We begin by arriving fully, creating nurturing routines + containers, slowing down, and cultivating somatic awareness. This phase lays the foundation for safety, authenticity, and presence.
3 in-person group sessions
+ 1 private virtual 1:1
In this phase, we explore belonging — with ourselves, with each other, and with the natural world. This is where you learn to soften into being fully held while honoring your sovereignty.
4 in-person group sessions
+ 1 private virtual 1:1
The final arc invites courageous expression and visioning. We close with a meaningful ceremony, a take-home integration gift, and a personalized plan to carry the work into your daily life.
The circle may close, but the work continues, gently, intentionally, in your everyday life. After the final group session, you’ll have a 4th private 1:1 session to reflect, anchor, and carry the practices forward.
You’ll leave with:
Rituals and practices to ground and center you each day
A deeper relationship with yourself and your boundaries
A vision for your next chapter and continued growth
The support of a community that witnessed your journey
This moment is about turning insight into action, integrating what you’ve learned, and stepping forward with clarity, confidence, and connection — both to yourself and to the communities we are always a part of.
