The Exhale: Rest, Breath, and Yin Yoga
The Exhale is a soft offering to settle into the energy of this fall season. We will meet weekly on Friday mornings in virtual community on zoom throughout the month of October.
Each of the four sessions will be a practice of letting the body, the breath, the mind, and the soul release the heat and pressure of summer and surrender trust into the earth that this time is safe to rest, safe to soften, safe to be still.
